Swoon condoms are manufactured to ISO 4074 and ASTM D3492 standards and meet all regulatory requirements for condom safety. Every condom is electronically tested for reliability before it reaches you. Always check the expiry date and inspect the foil packaging before use. If it’s damaged, don’t use it.

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. A bedside drawer is perfect. Avoid storing condoms in your wallet, car, or bathroom cabinet, where heat, friction, and humidity can degrade the latex over time. And always check the expiry date before use.

A few simple habits go a long way: check the expiry date, open the foil carefully, no teeth or nails, make sure there’s a small air pocket at the tip before rolling on, use enough lubrication, and hold the condom at the base when withdrawing. If a condom feels sticky, brittle, or discolored, don’t use it.

No. Oil-based lubricants, like petroleum jelly, coconut oil, body lotion, or mineral oil, can break down latex and significantly increase the risk of the condom tearing. Stick to water-based or silicone-based lubricants, which are fully compatible with Swoon condoms.

The minimum order for subscribe and save is 24 condoms, two 12-packs, and you can space out your deliveries by as many weeks as you wish. You may also skip or pause your subscription at any time.

Due to the intimate nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged, please email us at support@heyswoon.com within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.
